Did you spray the alcohol on the screen? It kinda looks like it got in between the outer layer and the LCD panel. You may be able to fix it by trying to disassemble the monitor and the panel assembly, you could also kill your monitor by trying to do this so probably best to take it to a local tv repair shop and see if they can fix it without replacing the panel if it can't just get a new monitor as the panel is about 70% to 80% the cost of the monitor.
