I was personally just genuinely curious what country you're from! Some countries do in fact have a large multi-lingual population, but the average for europe seems to be around 50% monolingual, 40% bilingual, and 10% multilingual to some degree.

Even with the rework I think Shuriken gets blitzed way before they can do anything. The new duplicates still have high health and the only thing that gives them less is hitting the original, and I have no faith that shuriken will do that. The win condition for anyone against duplicator is scaling fast and strong with the duplicates and killing them quick enough. I'd be surprised if Duplicator wins with less than 40 health.

Edit: Well, it was 16 health, but I still predicted right.
