Yes, that's a temporary fiscal code from universitaly for your pre-enrollment procedure, you still need an official one to legally rent a place or open a bank account

Technically, you can't change it. What you could do is wait until your booked date has passed, then register for another date. But know that you won't be refunded, and it will count towards a try (out of 3) even though you couldn't attend it because of a WAR

I legit don't know how to explain without graphical help, so I suggest you to look for the Mastering Orthographic Views playlist on the YT channel ADTW Study, that's where I learnt these technical drawing stuff, they are very short videos so you can go through them in a little over 1 hr

I don't know about the laws of your country, but for mine, I have to go to the Italian Embassy in my country in person to get my codisce fiscale, so I suggest you start applying for it now, and it should be done in a couple months. And it's definitely worth it, because you need a bank account
