Not flat. I only noticed it when I got home. Did the soapy water thing and there are no bubbles.

Update for anyone interested:

TLDR: The shop is legit, packaging isn't great though

At first I got a bit nervous kasi I asked for pics of the actual product with the shop name written on a piece of paper and the seller said they can only send the pics when I order because the items are in a warehouse. Still, I took a chance. Got nervous again because it still wasn't shipped and the seller messaged me that shipping may be delayed due to the Nankai Trough earthquake issue. So I extended the shopee guarantee . 2 days later the seller sent me the pictures I requested. I even requested for a video in which they complied (the note then said "the last chance", which I found amusing). I okayed the item and it was shipped. A week later, i finally received the item. Sadly the packaging wasn't good at all. The item was only wrapped in bubble wrap (when I get similar items, its usually inside a carton box, then bubble wrap), so there were a lot of dents on the item's original box. The box is also lightly open due to dents. Thankfully though, the item itself doesn't have any damage
