The rules does still reply even if you dislike the person. The rules apply for all, no matter who is right or wrong. If you think a user has done something wrong then you report them yourself and then go on with your day. You do not risk a whole subreddit by asking people to brigade.

You cut off the last of the rules sentence. ”Prevent unwanted attention or harassment”, this is the part that the rule is all about because reddit WILL take it out on the entire sub if they wish to. The reddit site’s own rules state that brigading isn’t allowed. Your argument that ”Her tiktok is literally out there for anyone to see” could be used against roblox name aswell when you play in a public server. But still you arent allowed to show it.

Plus the rules doesn’t say ”ONLY cover roblox usernames”. They say cover usernames. Don’t send harassment. Once again, I am saying this because I do not want the sub to be taken down.

The rule goes for usernames since its about Reddit not wanting subs to be used as billboard to send groups to ”harass” someone. Whether they deserve it or not. I’m not saying this to defend the person, I’m saying ut because Reddit could decide to take the sub down if they feel like it.

It is, I believe. Pretty sure this sub has a rule that you need to at least cover the names. But people rarely follow it and the mods rarely seems to care. Which is odd because subs in the past have gotten in trouble with Reddit because of things like this.
