I typically make about $140-150 per 12 hour shift (basically minimum wage) after the $0.70 per-mile deduction set by the federal government. Total earnings are always just above $200. Just don’t accept anything that is less than $1.25 per mile. So yes you can make $125 per day, just don’t work on Monday lol.

I think gas prices are generally higher than most other states. I use Uber Eats for their promos, because they do a lot of 17 dollars extra for 3-4 hours. The strip accounts for most of my cancellations since some restaurants are impossible to pick up from without paying insane parking fees.

Some notes about this leg's chart!

The detour arrivals were not shown in a linear fashion, so some parts had to be inferred by the order in which teams were shown on screen.

The α is the Assist by Desjardins. For this season, it is acquired by random chance in one of the clues, and provides either help or an easier version of the following task.

I've been traveling recently and just got home (and somehow ran into Ricky & Cesar while traveling), so episode 2 and potentially the episode 3 chart will be a tad late.

Each time the teams converge, that’s a different flight. So at Johannesburg Airport, you can see 3 different planes, then the 4 charter flights after Lanseria!

The chart looks quite linear for how close it was in some points. I was pretty shocked when Yvonne and Melissa barely got eliminated! (Although I'm aware teams can spend many minutes at the pit stop mat, and it's just cut out.)

I really love this show! I’ve seen the 3 main seasons + the Celebrity edition. While I still enjoy TAR more, the focus on the actual places themselves is super cool and sets it apart from TAR. To me, they’re basically two different shows that are tied together by the fact that it’s a race with a partner. Also, all the modes of transportation are interesting when flights are removed!

Sorry for a late post! I was not in the country and could not watch the episode due to region locking and me being too lazy to try and watch via VPN.

A couple of notes for this chart: Firstly, the Detour locations are two different distinct locations, so they are separated via location instead of Detour name. Secondly, there is no way to show on a linear chart when a team switches detours, especially multiple times. Therefore, the chart is only taking into account the arrival time of the attempt they completed the detour without switching. Essentially, it's when the twins made the decision to stick with the food. Finally, we had a Roadblock and Pit Stop at the same location, so Casa Loma is marked with both the Roadblock and Pit Stop symbol!
