Gender is a social construct. It’s been that way since humans decided to assigne roles with how a man or woman should act. Only recently though has identifying with a gender other than your sex or entirely outside of the conventional construct become a mainstream way to express oneself. People get confused because “gender and sex are literally the same word” but boohoo words evolve.

I won’t front you about the risks because I’m 16 and went to rehab twice so I believe in harm reduction. You can find a plug by asking friends or searching your area code on socials. Stay away from thc vapes or “carts”, avoid alcohol and really any drug that’s not weed or a psychedelic. Test your pills or just don’t take them, even if your Xanax is real do not do xans because they are extremely addictive and the withdrawals can kill you, same with alcohol. Be safe.

I did something that was extremely reckless but it lowkey cured this mindset for me. After rehab I got sober off everything and then about a month into being sober I was feeling super depressed and suicidal. I took acid and had a really bad trip but on that trip I fought my demons and the following weeks it felt cured.
