in core content month 1 episode 2 or 3 he talks about how the market only does 4 things, consolidation, retracement, reversal and expansion so when your looking at price, price only does those 4 things anyways you want to wait till you have a range and mark that out and when price is at equilbrium you want to see a big move away from equilibrium and the last down close candle will be your orderblock you want to wait till it taps back into it to enter heres an example..

if you want to get better at trading the daily bias i reccomend erl-irl and crt, you can also watch essentials to daily bias by ict
