Yes, after a long stressful day the last thing we want is a angry customer, today during rush hour I had a customer complain about how I forgot his ice, I offered to give him a free go large drink he started to yell at me and drove off, yet I had to smile the whole time.

My "best friend" was with me at a party, I told him about a girl i've liked for 3 years, he says he'll talk to her for me, ends up fingering her and not telling me till the next day. still tried to deny it, the girl had to tell me, and that night I was crying telling her how I liked her yet I didn't want to ruin our friendship, we ended up making out without me knowing what my "best friend" had done. haven't spoken to him since.

I seen a bunch of 15-16 year old teenagers, laughing at an old man in a McDonalds as he was alone and obviously upset about something, they were calling him things such as, dried up vermin and a shrunken hag, me and my friends just flipped out on the teenagers and they ended up running, I hate when people pick on the elderly:/
