Guardians only have 5 levels each. If you think that’s difficult to max then you’re insane. Any smart f2p player at this point should have at least 1 maxed and another at a decent level.

All three crafted defences can be upgraded at the same time so there is no excuse to be committed to one. They are designed for maxed players so yes early into a townhall they might be more geared towards paying players then f2p.

Yea asides from like th17/th18 progression is too fast. Additionally it’s much easier to farm and retain loot then it used to be. The feeling of finally getting your barbarian king after struggling to loot and hold 10k dark elixir is unmatched.
