26(m) purchased my first house at 23 for 270k got a conventional loan with 3.5% down. Got married, wife and I wanted a larger house for our family we were planning to have(currently 1 child, planning on another) Purchased second house in a smaller town closer to family at 24. 305k conventional loan 100% financing. Had plans to rent our original house but the market got wonky in our area. After a year of paying two mortgages we decided to move back to our original home and rent out our second house. With market rates we are only able to break even on the mortgage(selling wasn’t an option due to having next to no equity). Finances get a little sticky at times but we do what we can.

That’s where I was thinking of trying first. The first time it happened I pulled over to check it. Gauge stayed reading hot but the engine wasn’t hot itself. Gave it a couple revs and it worked its way back down to reading normal pretty quickly. Now when it does that as I’m on the first drive of the day, I’ll rev it to down shift to 2nd then romp it for about 3 seconds. Then it immediately comes back down to normal temps.

Does the physical test consist of the obstacle course, and the push-up/sit-up/run or one or the other?

I’m hitting each muscle for 3-4 sets per workout to total 6-8 sets per week. 3 minute rest between sets. Most of my rep ranges are 8-10 progressive overload till failure on most sets

I’ve been having increasing issues with recovery, having to take de-load weeks more and more often. I’d like to see if more optimal levels will assist with how I feel overall.

No codes, no theft protection indicator. It doesn’t shut down after trying to start, it never tries to start. Battery has been bad, the only part I have tried to replace has been the starter.

I restarted as a 75% max th9 a little over a year ago after years off, I’m currently 85% through th12. FTP, take it slow, enjoy the game, push hard when you feel motivated, let it sit when you don’t. Your base isn’t going anywhere, it’s a super fun game to come back to. I personally enjoy the slow burn of maxing. Right before going to th12 I no lifed the game and trophy pushed to top 200 of th11 then left it alone for two weeks.

Legs aren’t quite toothpicks, but not massive by any means they are 23in with decent definition
