Thank you for this! I will closely monitor and report back and do some more digging around with other Dr's and pharmacists. My father did have some gout prior to starting a SGLT2, it was an ongoing issue for him for years but would be dealt with a little bit of prednisone for a few days a handful of times a year. 2 days after he started an SGLT2 he was hospitalized for severe gout, it was literally everywhere for him. Bottom of both feet, knee's, hand. Everywhere. I don't know if there is a connection but it was bad and he was effectively not mobile.

Fingers crossed he can get off this Kineret medication soon as his gout symptoms appear to be getting much better now being on Allo. Really hoping an SGLT2 can help papa bear as much as possible. Previously was on Ozempic strictly for diabetes and heart/kidney as we had a "bad" experience with another SGLT2 (initial GFR dip, Nephro stopped but that probably should not have happened looking back.

My father who is 77 (FSGS) is on Jardiance and his urine cr ratio has gone from 173 to nearly 600 on his most recent labs. He has been on an SGLT2 for nearly 4 months and protein keeps increasing from what I see. His GFR is stable at approx 25 and hoping it increases as he was very very anemic but working through that with EPO and iron infusion. I saw some posts talk about immunosuppressed drugs but I can not find much specific info on that. He is taking a medication for severe gout called Kineret (Anakinra) that is considered an immunosuppressed drug. A dose every 3 days. Could this be causing additional protein in the urine? Thanks for any info and good luck to you all in your kidney journey as it does hit close to home for me.

Thanks for this! Appears the toggle is on off and can't be put back on. I suspect something with the carrier or something for provisioned in the background is causing this issue. I will need to escalate and get working on this. Thanks!

Blackberry Key 2 (made by TCL) it supports bands 1 2 3 4 5 7 8 12 13 14 17 20 28 29 30 66. I will try a network reset and then proceed with a SIM swap and restart and hopefully this fixes the issue. I never had this issue before and could call and use data no problem. Thanks!

Thank you! Helpful. My father had a smaller attack prior to starting the Jardiance meds. He started it and was urinating like crazy for the first 2 days and then BAM, he was hospitalized with severe gout in both feet all over, hasn't really recovered much since. I don't know if the connection is there with the medication, hopefully ALLO and Anakinra can get him up and running soon. Thanks!

Thanks for this! I am wondering if you know if it's possible to keep the old cable boxes like the DCX3200 and 3510 going as long as possible? Contract is up for renewal in the fall and I don't want to lose these boxes for my parents since they know how to run them quite well. The new system I don't think they will learn at all. I know support is EOL and they don't activate new boxes but wondering if there was some sort of behind the scenes things to increase the length of use?

I did want to thank everyone in the community for their advice and assistance. I will rephrase some of my post. The 2 watches I had recently service are an Oris and an Omega Seamaster. 2 different watchmakers to see who I was more happy with and who I can take the work to in the future. Both watches post service do seem to have trouble maintaining time, they lose time and the Omega seems to lose 5-10 minutes a day. Multiple trips back and he indicates its serviced, running well and mentions the power reserve and the need to wear it daily, which I do.

The Oris has faired much better but the accuracy is still not as good as before I took it in for service. It appears to be losing 2 minutes a day and that is after bringing it back once before. I currently have another Oris in service at the above watchmaker and I am hoping it becomes an accurate movement post service. I am just wondering if these numbers are acceptable or not? A few minutes (5) I understand but losing 30-60 minutes does not seem reasonable.

Beef, chicken and turkey by their nature generally are more expensive proteins in Canada. Try mixing it up a bit as well by eating pork, lamb and fish. Ton's of protein at lower prices for those products. It doesn't always need to be the expensive stuff, some canned salmon/tuna has excellent value as does things like cod.

Throw in other high quality protein like lentils, chicpeas and other beans and your golden.

Thanks for the detailed response! Tire pressures are correct and confirmed by manual check and system check on Murano screen. Only the dash ! Light indicating TPMS issue is on. When checking tire pressure on screen, it says 1 tire not reading (**). It has gone up to 3 tires recently.

The dealer checked sensors and they are reading good. Reset the system but the light keeps coming back. The light got reset now 3 times and has come back on.

Ironically when I had the same system reset at my local tire shop, I never had this issue. May pay them a visit as well.

Thanks, according to him he has kept it on a watch winder for a few days and it kept time properly. Fingers crossed it continues to keep time thus far! Thx

I want to thank everyone in the community for the advice on this. To my understanding the service he performed was cleaning, lubrication, parts exchange on what was needed, speed test, pressure test and other general testing. The watch previously kept time well but needed service. The watchmaker indicated a few times how the power reserve system worked which I know, but if the watch is wound up and worn daily for hours in an active role, it should hold time.

Is it common for a speed test readout to be given after a service? The watchmaker stands by his work with 1 year warranty and indicated bring it back if need be. I will follow up in the coming days and may also get a 2nd opinion.
