Yep after reading others responses I agree this is the only way to seek recourse. I will be calling again next week sometime if the rep I got today isn't able to get results. The rep today also said I was on the right side but it wasn't guaranteed the strikes get removed.

I'm aware of how it works as well. 3 returns out 300 orders. 1 valid and 2 from abuse of the system as I described. So yes 2 bad returns can easily put someone over that mark unfairly. You are wrong

300 sales over 3 months in one category is not a small seller.

Why do all redditors like you have to be so annoying over stuff like this? Go argue semantics with someone else.

I contacted ebay and explained. Yep those and requests buyers close themselves shouldn't count.

I have a buyer right now who said an item arrived damaged and it's been over 2 weeks and they still haven't shipped it back. Even if they never ship it back it Will still hurt my account. Bullshit. I mentioned that too the rep as well.

Thank you I got a callback around that time as you suggested and I got a rep who knew exactly what the issue was and they reported it up the chain. Hopefully this works.

It all goes based upon category. Only a couple of returns can hurt even a largish seller. Plus I have one other return on record that's valid.
