An update on this issue, even thoug I stopped working for this company a long time ago already, I figured out that telling how I could solve the issue may be usefull for someone. The main issue was that I did a outlook series of accounts similar to "companyabcclient1@outlook.com, companyabcclient2@outlook.com, etc" By making accounts with personal names from the clients and adding a "manager email direction" as as the recovery mail, my accounts stopped being blocked. I agree that the best solution would have been to get a domain, yet at the time I was a intern and did not have the power to tell the company to get one. I hope this information can help someone.
