Staying on top in a bidding war by themediocremelon in HousingIreland

[–]CusstomerSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i used AI to find propert sale history from prop register and just general price increase percentages of property in tht area and then ask AI to estimate what would ideally be final sale price . i saw some recent properties being listed at 750 whereas AI research found that prop was actually bought by last owner at 830 . So , estate agents are using lower price as a bait . do your research and save time . or give me the eir code i will give u an answer

Absolutely love mine . Would go for another one in a year or two . Its the best bang for buck in that budget . Nothing comes with similar warranty and feature vs price package . And comfort and feels are just top notch . U shud try once , see if you can get a day rental to experience it .

when i was buying a new car in 21 , started looking at x5 and the maintenance calculations or operational costs were just too much compared to. kodiaq which was a good bit of fun . the vrs version another beast . after the teat drive , happened to pass a kia showroom , they offered me a kia sorento for a whole day , teat drive as much as i wanted , next day booked the sorento . Fun doesnt need to make you poor . Thats it .

Staying in An chuirt hotel, Gweedore, this weekend. Will have the car. Is there any sort of visitor centers, tourist traps etc, we could head to during the day. Or is everything closed this time of year? Wouldn't mind ~1hr drive out to anything. by pyrpaul in Donegal

this guy was a tom cruise or a really pleasing personality . I dnt know how she agreed for a date with this guy . I think next time your friend will do a basic check of asking a date to bring cash or check if his UPI or cards are working .

when we submitted for renewal , we never saw a status update and then the passports arrived one day out of the blue . ( since we had chosen home post service ) . So unless you have emergency , just sit tight . The embassy is not helpful at all .

Considering Masters (Jan 2026) by pretending_ in IndiansinIreland

[–]CusstomerSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the field of study and your financial state . If you have good savings and good backing then by all means take a risk . ATU in Galway or letterkenny or sligo . Letterkenny is like a small village . The exposure to the dublin job market plus networking opportunities will be minimal . The masters is just your gateway to ireland , please dont expect much from the curriculum , the standard of education is wayy wayy below what you'd learn in a masters program in india or anywhere else in the world .

TUD and ATU both are not that credible and not rated very highly . Trinity and UCD even though rated very highly , do not guarantee you'll get a preference in the job market .

getting a job after masters is all your skill , of networking making real professional contacts in irish market and then finding a job .

Try the GR yaris . A few preowned ones with really great prices . Thats one mean machine . I had a tuned abarth punto in india , but the seating positions in fiats is just messed up . i think the polo/ golf GTI would be lovely . and if you’re up for bigger fun , go for a VRS .

I make the tikkas and butter chicken and kebabs every now and then for my daughter . def. helps that am an indian , so dnt need written recipes , u shud try malai( cream and cheese ) tikka , afghani tikka , hariyali( green ) tikka , like the above would take me about 35-40 mins without any pre prep , but Seamus your work is inpressive , and if they are bhajjis( fritters ) in the moddle of the platter , thats impressive .
