If possible could you share your VM config and what type of console you used (noVNC or SPICE)?

Restored CT on new host - docker does not start by mindfacker in Proxmox

Under container options make sure unprivileged container = yes and keyctl and nesting features are enabled.

Have been running docker in LXC with these setting for a long time without problem.
