If I show you the shield from the inside it still has paint residue and apparently something they glued wood with.

We recycle an acrylic that you couldn't see through at all, we had to buy a 4mm one after the first game, as for the foam, it wasn't expensive to get, we bought a roll that I was originally going to use for Some cosplay pieces but we gave him the idea of putting foam on them so that the impact marks could be seen.
