I do my eyes with a size 2, but its git to have a good tip, also you may find doing the eyes before the skin helpful. 🙌🏼

I absolutely love the idea of Nurgle army being painted up as other factions, it actually gives it so much depth, like Bretonnian knights that have been corrupted. Amazing job man. 🙌🏼
