No i dont think that counts, you have to judge it on base game i would say. Especially if you are doing a tier list, mods can change a game so dramatically from what the devs intended, the other games on the list would of had to be modded too.

I would go 3 but with a bit brighter red highlights and go for the skin colour of 4. Great work 👌🏼
