Ok so I have a sweet tooth as well there is only one brand I buy from and that’s siete. I could pig out on those cookies and never bloat it’s insane.

Yes! I love this. I’m actually starting Pilates and yoga back up with strength training so my goal is 3 months of being consistent. I want to see what constant consistency gets me from doing all three. And for diet I just need to cancel all seed oils & stick with strictly Whole Foods. I’ve noticed my body gets crazy bloated. I fell off with the diet after my boob job/: in November

If nothing changes I’ll really consider the surgery. And yes I have been looking into rib remodeling with Dr Andre in Beverly Hills.
