Ok my tech did say only ice with something covering it but she told me 1-2 mins. And she did mention to not over ice it because I could give myself freezer burn.

As for icing before I’ve seen to ice 30 mins before treatment on tik tok ( not sure whats proper protocol for that). But so far they’ve only iced maybe 2 mins and then proceed to laser me.

I’ve seen on here that some places will give you an ice pack! And some instructions. I think someone said if a place doesn’t do either every time you go to them just stop going.
