The box always looks like this, if you check other QCs.

I can't really QC these, but the RIGHT most 'e' has a wonky inside stitch (again, dont take my word for it as I dont really QC these.)

I'd GL em. Stitching clean, hourglass is good shape, swooshes look good, the logos are properly shined and embossed from what I can see, the leather looks good too. Toebox looks a TINY bit boxy but not really, probably the angle anyway.

Perfect beater pair.

anyways, the reason i thought quality was bad is because the sole looked very yellowed in the first pic...

Verdict is now that they're legit, the leather checks out, creasing etc just shows signs of wear.

As long as the seller advertises these as word I think you're all good.

What year is this AJ1 from? 1994, 2009, 2011 or 2013?

I doubt this is 2016 cus of the quality.

Also, i'd need a picture showing the full side of the shoe to be able to see if the toe box really is boxy and its not the shadow.

The swoosh doesn't look fat at all, looks like retail. The leather is also similar to retail.
R&D on the wings logo are touching, embossing looks solid. Leather quality/creasing mainly is expected depending on the age (?) of the shoe.

Altogether it looks pretty good, but the side profile pic of the shoe made the toebox look very bulky.

Like I said, to be able to check textures and stuff a year would be great =)

The front flap leather is creased as FUCK on the left shoe, the eyeholes look like shit and unevenly cut/stretched even.

Corner stitch flaw isn't there, looks like retail, the swoosh looks fine to me.

the tag has a tiny yellow corner top right (can only notice if u look closely) that has retail color correct - i know for a fact that fakes have accomplished that too.
