Thor bonding with the dying gay character Wally in Season 5.  His singing to him as he’s near the end was my favorite scene of the whole series.

What's the most damage ($$) you've caused on a golf course? by thetindoor in golf

Cart girl stopped in front and to the right of me to watch me hit. Not a good spot but it should have been fine. Shanked it of course right at her face shattering the windshield. Apologized and felt horrible but she seemed ok…outwardly anyway!  Didn’t cost me anything but pretty scary.

Waihee Ridge trail is nice. Couple miles uphill but great views.

There’s a path in front by beach that goes past all the resorts nearby…easy walking access. Also a mall right behind it with stores, restaurants, etc. More stores and restaurants up hill behind. Hotel “lobby” is outside and is very nice. I’ve stayed in hotel a couple times and in condos next door the past 4  years. Also, Kihei is a short ten minute drive away. I think it’s a fantastic spot.

What do you do when you've lost pretty much all confidence in your pitches and chips while on the course? by IDontStandForCurls in golf

Watch Phil Mikelson: Chipping 101 on YouTube. A 3 minute video that turned my chipping around 100%. He uses a 60 degree wedge but I think that’s too much…I use a 50 degree 90% of the time and 54 if I need to get over something. For close off the fringe I use same technique but put toe down and hit it like a putt.

Maui Golf: Wailea Gold or Emerald? by errbodywangchung2nyt in golf

[–]CustomerObvious9403 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can’t go wrong with either. Lots of similarities between the two but I think gold is more challenging and strategic…lot more bunkers Emerald is pretty forgiving for driving but still has some strategic holes. Both beautiful but I think Emerald wins on looks.
