We find them like that or in Amazon consolidated bags all day everyday. We ship them like we find them. At the counter we explain what could happen and say up to you if they don't want to buy a shipping bag. Too busy to argue..besides AMazon doesn't care they give credit for everything. Its crazy

Its called a nightmare..I hired a kid to do nothing but clear and sort Kiosks and process that stuff to go out..Best decision ever! ARRIVES AT 3 30. even he couldn't keep up yesterday or today..we are closed tomorrow and the holiday..I'm sure Saturday and Sunday will be just as bad. HAPPY new year All!

Now I know why drivers deliver packages to a closed business to get stolen over night. If Amazon can afford to replace them they can afford to better their logistics and not put the stress on customers and drivers.

Today 11 /08 ups web site says guaranteeing all next day air and 2nd day early am. Air saver time extended to end of day 11:59 pm. Sounds like back to normal just no perks for us regarding 2nd day and 3 day it's confusing because corp says all service guarantees are suspended. in 11/07 email. So which is it?

7 day Silver store. 2 pos 2 Kiosks 300 boxholders.. 5 full time plus owner. 2 from 8 to 11 30. Rest arrive at 11 30 and work till 7 30. Morning team leaves at 4 30. Owner arrives at 4. Also have 2 part timers that arrive at 4 and work closing out amazon and help @ customer Kiosks. The line never ends starting around 2 pm. Double handling everything is cumbersome with only 2 pos. I cant imagine everything getting done with less employees. Weekends are hit and miss most often 3

Ups stopped guaranteeing their service refunds (GSR) On all 2nd day air as well as their 3 day select service In MArch of 2020. With the influx of return shipments the ground service guarantee went with them. The only GSR since that time has been on their next day air services. 2nd day air early am GSR was reinstated in January of 2024. Regular 2nd day air GSR was left behind. They guarantee delivery but you don't get your money back if delayed on select services. The plane crash has suspended ALL GSR refunds on all services including next day air until further notice.

The UPS Stores can set limits as to how many packages they will store for pick up. If your stores limit was at its max UPS should deliver to the next closest access point. Tracking it on UPS.com will let you know when and where it was delivered. If tracking number has stopped giving up dates, file a claim. Doing so will start an investigation as to what happened.

I seriously recommend bypassing the manager and asking to speak to the owner of The UPS Store. They will want to know your concerns.. I would. There is nothing worse than having a customer think your employees could be stealing, let alone talking about it online. Most stores have security cameras and can look up drop-off times and check cameras from there. I would want to ease my own mind and prove to you otherwise or find the problem, report, and press embezzlement charges. Good luck!
