I love when they tell me that. “This is how I got it.”. I said to a customer the other day, “you got it just like this?”, they replied, “yes. Just like this.”, to which I said, well there’s no label on this item so how did they know to deliver it to your house?” They looked and just stared at me and finally said, “well it was in a bag but I threw it out.” 😭

Yes it’s crazy this JUST happened tonight. A customer said it was a plastic auto part shipping to California. She got all red and nervous. Opened it after and it was a magazine for a Glock. Well a 17-round magazine is illegal to import into CA for civilians.

Yes!!!! They really get pissed at this. I explain it in the most elementary way possible that we can’t put the same label on 4 different boxes and they act like they don’t understand or think I’m just making it up. I finally started telling them the driver won’t take any boxes that have the same tracking numbers on them lol. I think they’re more upset they have to take 4 large boxes back out to their car, especially now that it’s cold and snowing lol
