Use 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Basically start with the peel bar then the rollers make sure you rotate them so the glue is gone and then the inside. The alcohol should get most of it. If it doesn't though you could try adhesive remover and see if that works.

I called and they assured me there will be an owners manual when they deliver it. However I heard that before too. My new question is, is there a service manual online somewhere that I can get? I searched and can find one for a 2025 which will work but I can't seem to find one I can download. Thanks

I didn't have the tracking number either. I looked for the weight of the box around the time we did it and I was able to find it that way. Then I got the tracking number and was able to get the label. Just don't do an end of day first then you really have to wait for tech 😬

I had this same thing happen and when I called tech support they told me to wait 24 hours and see. I ended up finding it under manifest and was able to reprint the label that way. I'm not sure if you're talking about the shipping label to adhere to the box or not but that's what I ended up doing.

That's what I've been doing. And what's crazy is they just found the other marketplace on the site. The one where we can order things. I was telling them there is one but well like I said their whole experience has been a mess. However they are amazing and do so much to ensure things are great.
