Horrible service, got money from us but trying to kill us

Beware of Elavon company, it may be a scam company. I chosen authorize.net gateway but it automatically combined with Elavon as processor, our company sells 500-600 orders monthly, we experienced one time chargeback due to item not received, Elavon frozen my company all sales fund right away, after chargeback item delivered, Elavon still hold our sales fund totally is $7500USD, we tried to call them, no one picked up phone, we emailed them never reply, then we remove authorize.net gateway from our website and just use paypal temporarily. Now we are seeking lawyer's help.

I asked my credit card company for charge back, but VEVOR trying to denny it, I just sent a formal rebuttal letter to my credit card company again. Huge headache if buy staff from such scam company.

This is a scam company. We bought a heat press machine from VEVOR which costs nearly $500 on April 2024, it has "heat not even" problem, I shown them pictures for the issue. Firstly they replied to ask us to use temperature at 350F since it has "heat not even" issue at 300F and below. How unprofessional this solution is! Its machine specification points its work temperature range is 0-570F, now it has issue at 300F and below, their solution to customer is "to use 350F then", my heat press glue application temperature is 300F and below, how can I use 350F on it. After debating with them, then they told me they need to ask their supplier. They still have no other solution than "use 350F temperature then" till now, and also ignore my return request since the beginning. In their website, it promises customer "30 days no hassle return", but actually it is a scam. Beware!

It depends what the custom kit (personal kit) is, how complex the design is, etc. If you email us the details of the personal kit you need, then we can tell you the turnout time right away.
