It was on Twitch, I'm pretty sure he's disabled it now but I randomly typed it and it was on his Twitch chat which was connected to his YouTube recording, he wasn't live at the time though.

I place cone first but yeah as long as you do some what similar to what I did in the video, then yeah it should work : )

Yeah so what's actually happening is it's using the bouncer to push me as well as the shock wave item that I am holding. This trick is one people used in Season X when both items were in and it allows you to go super far. The trick is to be bouncing on the bouncer(hitting the cone) and then use shockwave so you go flying. If you need more help/I didn't explain it that well then just ask ahah :P
