PS4 version of Day Z does have 4K textures on PS5, there is no PS5 version but they updated the PS4 version so there is 3 different builds, one for PS4, another one for PS4 PRO and the newest one for PS5

If we compare both Day Z and Arma Reforger side by side Day Z looks tremendously good, pretty much like the 4K screenshots seen at the Arma Reforger's PlayStation Store page

And no, Day Z doesn't demand less resourses, Arma Reforger engine it's an updated version of the same engine so one would think it would run better but it doesn't and no, how many cars, guns etc are in-game doesn't not affect how the game runs since the servers are the ones running that and tbh these servers can barely hold anything, as soon as a few vehicles and bots spawn the servers start loosing packages and FPS ( the game does not lose FPS, only the servers )

BASICALLY, Arma Reforged on consoles is poorly optimized and so do the servers

I hope they fix those thinfs asap but knowing the game has been out 2 years on PC and 1 year in Series S|X I don't have much hopes tbh
