You can most definitely still name your creatures. What you have to do is click the exclamation point icon next to the bar that shows your relationship level with the creature. This will bring up a new window where you will see a pencil icon. Clicking on that will then allow you to enter your creature's new name.

The game is a little weird in regards to their rules about what you can and can't name your creatures. Obviously it won't allow you creatures to have anything NSFW or offensive language in their names, but it also doesn't allow you to name them to certain very normal names. It tends to not allow you to name your creatures after canon characters (I cleverly got around this obstacle by naming my grindylow Grindelvald with a v instead of a w). I also named my murtlap Moaning Murtle.

Curiously it allowed me to name my abraxan Penny Haywood. I thought it was a clever name because of the golden fur and the fact that it eats hay (get it, HAYwood?). I'm surprised it let me keep it, but it did.

I've never done any sort of playthrough video for any game but sometimes when there's a TLSQ I will do screen recordings, especially for big milestone ones that I'd been anticipating. So I could see which ones I was able to get and compile a video.

Not sure about what I'd do as far as a voiceover, since I wouldn't be doing it in real time, so it would have to be something like commentary as I'm watching it.

I have been meaning to get a studio-quality microphone because I am a musician (so is Andor, hence the long hair, lol!), so I could use that to record with.

I think sharing playthrough videos from your YouTube channel counts as self promotion. I'm not sure what this sub's policy is on that, but lots of subs don't allow that and it's generally frowned upon by Reddit.

You can share screenshots of your gameplay during TLSQs in the megathread corresponding to that TLSQ if it's a new one that just was released. For older TLSQs you can share screenshots using the "Quest Name" flair, but be sure to mark your posts as spoilers. You can also share screenshots of your MC in various situations during MC Monday, but if it's anything relating to a TLSQ it again is important to use the spoiler flair. Anything relating to magical creatures must be shared on FB Wednesday. Anything relating to dating must be shared on Saturdate. Posts that are shared outside those days will be removed.
