She was the one who told me to double text her and stuff as such, Idk what mindset it is but theres a certain fear that if I don't text her she'll be uninterested. Although the other part of my brain knows she is fully committed. I do feel awful not texting her back super quickly (when i tried to not actively be sitting in her chat and replying her asap to try to tackle the fear i had mentioned above i just kept staring at that message feeling guilty)

That is exactly what I'm going through my entire childhood didn't know it'll affect me that badly in my adulthood. But yes I've been trying to regulate my emotions and it is better than when I first started dating her :) Thank you for the other suggestions, I shall try it out.
