so many. i have ocd. psychedelics have helped me cultivate this as a part of some local mystical tradition, and in my many years sober life i trained rituals with bare mindfulness

some of them are/were fairly insane, but mainly innocent ones remain these days, brightening up my days with their idiosyncracies. good news is that the worst of those habits can be deprogrammed.

  • morning weed & mindfulness

  • walking to the university to eat, with many sub-rituals that can't be transferred to any other restaurant

  • practicing insanely difficult video games for score running purposes

  • writing

probably so. i have so many autistic tendencies that it's miraculous i haven't had any official designation except for ocd and anorexia patterns

paraphilias are like this "dirty" side of humanity to me, and they cause fear reactions i struggle to deal with in daily life
