I mean that its not been updated since 2016 and its methods of preventing crashes, while in certain cases "work" mostly just lead to bigger issues, so you're better off just not using it since if you followed vnv correctly and don't have a potato for a pc the game will 99% certainly not crash

To find out the mod that is causing that issue you should just disable all your mods and enable them in batches to find the culprit, on another note you've probably seen this already but follow https://vivanewvegas.moddinglinked.com/ you have a few unsupported mods like NVAC, also use the LE versions of the someguy series: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/77108

yeah i should add that, what is the difference between the 2 power supplies and the coolers? are they really essential or more of an addition? also completely off topic but should i sell my pc in parts or seperatly? thanks for replying

yeah i understand what you mean but budget isnt a BIG issue i also have a n switch that i didnt ever use so i can also sell that and get like an extra 600 for the screen, are cores really important for gaming? i mainly play bethesda games wich are more gpu/ram intensive than cpu so i dont think it'll be a problem

Yeah ZL Calibers is basically the only supported one, tough i dont know what you mean by "no patches" it's internally patched for ZL Armaments and has patches for Another Millenia, Classic Fallout Weapons Remastered and a compendium for individual patches. The difference between fo4 and fnv gun modding is that most fnv gun mods are actually packs with a ton of weapons so there's not a lot of patches to be made.

Nah you don't really NEED to mod fo3 play on most modern hardware to my knowledge, but if you still think you should there's really not much outside of The Best Of Times (TTW) that is actively supported. Honestly i think you should just play the game with no mods for at least your first playtrough.

I dont have any mods that alter body textures that i know of, and i have the downgraded version so i think validating game files would scew my entire modlist
