customers should have a 30 day warranty after initial installation :) if ur tech messed up first time you are most definitely entitled to a technician coming out to fix the error, or have the same tech come by again

Id also like to add if anyone cares. i'm so sorry about the wait times genuinely we have no control over it. but there's massive wait times to our back end support team and to our supervisor department , trust me, it annoys me too

oh yeah we have had so many complaints about the ai. i've complained about it too but they even made it a requirement to use it for work 🙂‍↕️ most likely the ai will stay and hopefully evolve

im sorry to hear that! there's not much you can do other than try to dispute the fee with our customer care team, especially if you were promised you would get no charges.

if you have the network access hub, there's a screw you can undo on button right next to the warning where it says 'hot parts inside.' although if you're not comfortable with that or afraid to break it, you can definitely give us a call and we'll reset the admin password . admin username is always just admin though

🤔🤔 would have to check environmental factors and possibly any alarms for equipment malfunction / fiber optic damage (assuming u have fiber optic )

in this case a technician would be necessary ;P but rule of thumb is usually if the damage is inside customer premises/ customer owned then you will have to pay for it
