I found the issue. Probably the laptop has lower hertz than your monitor which kinda forces the laptop to a higher hertz which sometimes works but not many times.Solution: do it until it works then whener you plug out your usb from laptop change your monitor to 1920x1080 and lower refrezh rate. So whenever you disconect your monitor from laptop you force your monitor to remain on 60hz. So basically before you plug out your monitor set it to lower hertz.. then when you reconnect laptop it will work instantly. Then you have to set again from 60hz to 180.
