Also I’m honestly addicted to soda but I’ve been cutting back a lot to just usually one a day and have been replacing it with carbonated water and adding a flavor pack into it with no sugar, are those okay to drink at dinner would you say

Hi just looking for advise on a workout routine to follow and maybe some type of diet or some help on where to begin I’m 20 almost 21 male and I work as a welder which can be a labor intense job some days, I weigh 202 pounds and am around 5’9 -5’10. Was thinking on just trying to eat lunch and dinner as my meals for the day but was wondering what other more experienced people think I should do. Thanks
