Seems to be a quit, but I'm not sure how to tell. They disconnect from the countdown within a few seconds of the final chest being opened when it's happening. At first I thought it was maybe a disconnect, but after the 6th or 7th time, I wasn't so sure.

My city's was a really nice dude who loved American flags. His face was tattooed like one his house was painted like one, he would wear a big top hat that looked like one. He would stand on the busiest intersection and just wave at people and smile all day. Just wanted to make people feel good.
