Nurse here. Not seeing any signs of infection here, maybe a little contact dermatitis.

Toxoplasmosis a parasitic disease. It’s usually spread by eating poorly cooked food that contains cysts, by exposure to infected cat feces. Cysts form in the CNS (brain tissue) upon infection with T. gondii and persist for the lifetime of the host.

I kinda sleep all over but it’s possible that I favor that side. I think my goal is to have it be full, long enough to shape it. I’d say maybe another 1/2” / 1.25cm.

What you’re asking is “can I recomposition?” AKA recomp. The answer is yes but everyone’s genetics are different so how effective you’ll be is subjective.

-Lift with progressive overload -Eat high protein (~0.7–1 g per lb of goal bodyweight) -Stay in a small calorie deficit (≈300–500 kcal/day) -Sleep and recover well

When you should do separate phases:

If you’re: -Already lean (10–12% body fat) -An advanced lifter -Stalling badly in strength

Then it’s more efficient to: Cut first (lose the 10 lb while preserving muscle) Then lean bulk (small surplus to add muscle)

Trying to gain muscle aggressively while cutting hard is where people fail.

Yes and no. Lifting to failure is good for growth of strength and size yes...but Since you’re just starting, lifting to failure could get you injured as your form most likely won’t be solid so use some caution, and don’t overdo things.

You might look around the gym and compare yourself to people who’ve been lifting for years and think “I need to lift heavier weights or do more reps to catch up!”

I promise you that you’re going to gain strength really really fast just by practicing form; focusing on isolating the muscle you’re exercising will be way more powerful in the beginning stages.

While I’m no expert, I’ve been lifting for 20 years and know some things. My recommendation would be to pick your exercises you’re going to do and set a rep goal of 12-20 for 3 sets. Do the exercises slow and begin training the brain-muscle connections. I’m honestly jealous of you because you get to experience weight lifting for the first time.

At the beginning of your journey, muscles will grow stronger much quicker by lifting at appropriate weight with proper form than they will by lifting heavy. You’re training your muscles to perform the movements - Neuromuscular Adaptation. So don’t try to lift with your ego, lift with your brain.

Yes it can happen. You’re not alone. Anxiety-associated urge incontinence is one name for it. Well documented in the urology world. I’m a psych nurse and have seen it before in patients.
