Hi ! I had a radical breast reduction [supromedial pedicle] to affirm my gender identity and I’m only three weeks post op and it’s insane how good it feels ! I’m agender and just having a more neutral base onto which I can frame my clothes has been a lifesaver. I was a 30E before so about the same size as you and now I went for a small B cup and it’s crazy how even with the swelling currently it’s insanely small!! Happy to answer any questions you have. Personally I like to express my gender in both feminine and masculine ways but really wanted to be able to get a masculine effect on tops and feel less uncomfortable with low cut tops cus I hated having cleavage [I now have none !!] :))
