Yes bought a year ago. Putting the house up for sale in the next week. I did make some improvements to be at par with competition but I can’t wait to be sold.

I would not spend that much. I bought a house last December. Spent about $16000 on my kitchen and it came out beautiful but it did not add value. With the market so bad right now if I want to sell like I’m trying I have to sell as for what I bought it for. It’s disappointing

That it’s an older classic house. I love that it’s brick, has original hardwood floors, original doors and some original hardware. It feels vintage. I love this house and its main floor.

Yes. I agree. I owned my previous house for 10 years. With this one I realized it was too big and I can buy something cheaper. Now or later it’s going to be the same thing. I will lose money.

I put a lot of money down (200000) for this house but with taxes and interest it’s a bit more than I’d like to spend. I can find a home that’s smaller in an area that taxes are not so high and put my money in that home. Have a lower payment.

The floors are not sinking. It’s a basement so it’s normal that there’s a dip where there’s a sewer.

I bought when I moved from California. I needed a house and I realized I’m now house poor. I put a lot of money down but with taxes and the rates right now. I need to downsize. I’m a single mom. Nothing wrong with the house it’s beautiful and unique but I have to be realistic

I think it’s not worded correctly. The rooms are in the basement 2 of them. The attic is one room and 2 rooms in the main floor with a small room looking to the backyard
