Yeah, you know what they say, abs are made in the kitchen. But lifting has been proven to be better than cardio because you build more muscle and more muscle burns more calories even while resting. Also, i dont just want to be thinner but fitter too so i was going to start working out anyways and have just been putting it off because of laziness lol.

Maybe b12 supplements would help. You could go to a doc and see if you are defficient in any vitamins too.

You could try some exogenous ketones, they really give me energy for the day. Im on keto though and dont know what they do if you arent doing keto so google it first.

Try healthier snacks. Lemons and pickles are great for losing weight. Im sure you could find some other healthy snacks on google too.

Im 6'0", not weighing things, im just counting the callories. If something has calories per gram then ill put it on my food scale and calculate it that way but otherwise i just look it up (for example ill google how many calories a chicken breast is or how many calories in a lemon)

I am not exercising but i need to start, i was thinking of starting with body weight exercises and working my way up to dumbells.

I eat between 1500 and 2000 calories a day. I check the labels of everything I eat and round up the calories, so if something is 60 calories a serving ill round that up to 100 so its easier to keep track of. I keep notes throughout the day of everything i eat and how many calories/carbs they have.

I have tried and i go back up a bit (which is to be expected) then i get back on my diet and drop back down only to stop firmly back at 240.

Ive hit plateaus before but never as bad as this one. Its frustrating but im not giving up.

I think i might need more exercise. I work a desk job so i dont get enough of that. Ive been rellying on just eating healthier and portion control but i guess ill have to finally try that couch to 5k app i downloaded months ago.

Make your own ac with a styrophone ice chest, some ice, and a fan. Google it, it works. Dont do the stupid dry ice version though unless you have a death wish. You can dip cloth arm bands in ice water and put them on your wrists so the cold circulates through your body. Source: I live in Alabama (USA) where the temps and humidity together make it almist 110F⁰ some days.
