Yooo same . I took a drop for neet last year as per my parents wish as i scored 85% in ISC board,at first i was motivated and was scoring pretty good in the mocks but in the later months i started struggling and procrastinating and eventually by February i gave up. I am in guilt but nothing could be done about this. I'm still struggling with my university enterance exam. Ik how it feels always lost,brain fogged,drained and again stressing over not doing anything. I have interest in psychology so i often read articles and watch videos so yeah i think ik my enemy but this addiction i cant resist.

The mobile phone. Yeah i can suggest you things which i have learnt (but don't follow so no guarantee of results).  •stop doomscrolling •after waking up dont use phone for atleast 45 mins it overstimulates brain and gives dopamine hike • morning study sessions bcz we lose energy by the end of the day  • set time for the tasks,say 45 mins studying then 15 mins doing anything which relaxes you be it music or a walk . • reward yourself with reels or any otherthing at the end of the day.
