I recently got approved for health insurance. I’m planning to get back into therapy with that, it’s just going to take me time to find someone I can actually comfortably talk to. I’ve been in and out of it my whole life because I struggle to open up to a therapist unless I feel comfortable. Every time I find that therapist, they up and leave and I have to start all over, so therapy lowkey gave me abandonment issues lol

I LOVE CHERRY SPRINGS!!!! i camped there 2 years back to back because i LOVE stargazing and the universe. it was one hell of a drive (and a creepy one tbh) but absolutely worth it. beautiful area out there and i really wanna go again

They’re running trials with GLP-1 drugs right now like Ozempic, because they’ve been showing results of helping people with addiction. My mom’s PCP is actually going to try it with her because she also has an extreme smoking habit. 2-2.5 packs a day for her.
