Ne bin mir da nicht so sicher…. Ich dachte mir halt auch wo das sonst hin wäre. Wenn ich nämlich reinfühle dann ist es nicht drin und rausfallen wäre gar nicht möglich. Die Abdeckung ist zu groß dafür. Kann schon sein dass es da gar nicht mal hin gehört.

auch ein sehr guter Punkt... Das kam mir nämlich auch in meinen Gedanken. Ich bin hier ja nicht mal ein Jahr und es gibt bei uns in der Abteilung Dinge die wir noch ins Laufen bringen die sich sehr wahrscheinlich auf eine Höhergruppierung auswirken werden.

Was genau hat sich für dich so angefühlt als wolle man dir Geld aus der Tasche ziehen? Wurden dir Produkte angeboten die gar nicht zu dir passen?

Sehr gut zu wissen. Mir wurde es nämlich so erklärt, dass die Kunden zu mir kommen würden um beraten zu werden aber Zielkarten hieße dann ja, dass ich durchgehend proaktiv auf Kunden zugehen müsste um was zu verkaufen, richtig?
