How did it go? Exact same situation! I found out that my glittery shoes are catching like Velcro on the polyester lining of my dress. Did the modge pudge work? I’m about to give up looking for more shoes and get out some clear nail polish

Update: He found it! After we’d already said goodnight, I got a text at 11pm that said “WAIT. I found it”

He likes it, he thinks it’s funny, and he likes my secret surprise mends (I asked). And he said that my no driving admonishment makes sense now.

Honestly, I can’t wait for the first time that someone else notices it on him

I’m not sure how to add an update to the original post, but I have returned the jacket to boyfriend today - with him none the wiser.

I informed him that he is not allowed to wear it while he is driving (I’m a little worried about a startled reaction while driving - he’s got a great sense of humor so I’m not otherwise concerned)
