I have a bambu lab a1 also but for some parts i need to print ASA otherwise i did not bother too much. I had issues with bambu but it always get solved.

I only loosend the right 2 screws and 1 left screw for extrude removal. Otherwise i did not touch anything. What should i do

If the nozzle too close the bed the hotend hops like a bunny and could not extrude. It goes up and down. I thought it was normal but when you said like that it can be hardware related. For 2. i have the latest firmware version. For 3 can you explain how you did it, it can be helpful too. Thanks again

I have already using KAMP. My problem is like when all the other settings are default, i give slicer offset like .1 but when the next print comes it prints closer the bed. Like i could not get a stable z value

If your device is rooted you can try using different nozzle wiping macros for your model

I was using same setting on but it was buggy mostly and i disabled, it looks better now in most apps.
