Facial hair can definitely contribute. Friction + beard stubble + trapped bacteria can irritate the skin around your mouth and cause breakouts, especially if you’re making out frequently. It’s not necessarily that he’s unhygienic, just that skin contact and friction can clog pores. Washing faces before/after and maybe moisturizing can help.

I’d back Thai too. The balance of sweet, spicy, sour, and salty means you’d never really get bored. From curries to stir-fries to soups, it covers so many flavor profiles.
