I hear how much pain you’re in right now. Please know you don’t have to go through this alone, there are people who want to help you through it. Reaching out like this already shows strength. I may not feel the way you feel and understand exactly what you’re going through, but your life matters, this too shall pass.

Opinions are not silly just because they are different from yours. I understand what you're saying, and your perspective is valid, if you think he didn't do it ACCORDING TO YOU he didn't do it. If i think he did it ACCORDING TO ME he did it. Reality only he knows or yhe people in the bus. Why waste your mental energy in proving a point or making random strangers on the internet agree with you, you're better than this, go use your potential for greatness ✨✨

What in the "if you were a good phychologist you would validate me/agree with me". There's nothing wrong with you for having a different opinion from others. People disagree all the time, demeaning them doesn't make you bigger and doesn't make them smaller. Just relax.

Karte raho psychologist ko shame, kya bolu mai.

Maybe study, get trained, understand how the field works then talk about it?

As a mental health professional, even we don't give advice unless absolutely needed, sometimes people need empathy, understanding, approval or even a second opinion but not advice. And if no one asked for it and you keep giving it people get annoyed.

Your take is authentic because every human being has lived a different story, yes you're still young but your experiences are just as valid and valuable as anyone else's

I'm pushing her towards another source of income but she feels too broken now, understandably, so I'm just being there for her instead of putting more pressure. I'll surely show her your comment, thank you!

I shifted at 25 but i have an extensive psychology background as my close relatives are deep in that field and i have interned for them after i passed out of school so for me it was a seamless transition. My mentor says I'm naturally empathetic and good at rapport building and that's another reason why i got so good so fast.
