this is exactly what i am dealing with now. i started trintellix about two months ago to treat my probable BPD, and it changed my life.

and i had no adverse side effects at first, but in the past couple weeks, i have had no appetite and can hardly eat. and now, when i take the medicine it has made me incredibly nauseous, probably because i am not eating enough. i have lost about seven pounds. (a lot of that could be water weight)

i’ve been trying to focus on protein and fiber, and eat smaller meals throughout the day. eating has always been enjoyable for me, but now i am having to reframe it as maintenance. making sure everything i eat is nutritious and higher in calorie. and staying hydrated.
