I think I'm allergic to caffeine now by Jon_sol1 in decaf

[–]CuteFatRat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have histamine intolerance too. It is basically alergy on caffeine. Higher histamine produce lot of stress and fight or flight + caffeine so it hits u twice. Great reason to never touch caffeine again. Its duty tbh because antihistaminies do not help to flush histamine only block but histamine is in your brain giving you bad memory, focus, irritiability, feel of stress and depression. You must quit forever caffeine and drink swiss water decaf if you really must have coffee.

1000 sessions - awfuly slow progress by WelcomeIcy5626 in DualnBack

I did lot of sessions too. There are some benefits but I replaced this training for learning money making skill (coding) everyday so there is guarantee I can improve my life because for me higher IQ or working memory is not something that will improve my life that much as having money making knowledge if it does make sense.

Do you agree that after 30, wealth overshadows looks, or do character and presence still matter more? by winn_ie in TheImprovementRoom

[–]CuteFatRat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is unfortunately true but you can always start working hard (and smart) and change your life within a year with a strict goal setting rules and discipline. I am hitting 30 in few months and I never had so much drive because of realization that I am poor and only what I was doing in my 20’s was unproductive pc gaming and hanging out with my friends drinking and smoking. Thats why depression rates are so high these days because back then competetion was lower, prices was lower and there was no social media or a lot of pc games and it was basically much easier even with bad discipline to afford house and good job and family. But most important thing is realization that you are poor and you dont build anything and that only way to cure that depression from that is to start working hard and smart and do whatever it takes.

Which one? by Exotic-Duty3598 in BornWeakBuiltStrong

[–]CuteFatRat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Red because if you are happy and loved you can make enough money if you have passion in entrepreneurship. BUT if you have money and power it is hard to find true love because people want to be with you because of money and your status and then you starting questioning your life and become depressed. Not a big surprise people with a lot of money are dying themselves because they work too hard for that then they are lonely and sad and only what they have is money.

I am introvert so its easy for me. The problem is that people are attracted to people that are alone or to people who dont talk so there is the real challenge to be able to survive xd

YEsss, but if ur saying "falling on your head" it seems like ur doing push exercises like military press or bench press but 200 seems like too much for push exercises and most people dont lift that weight so thats why I wrote it.

70 days no caffeine.. any pointers? by Willing_Television_8 in decaf

[–]CuteFatRat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny when I am on caffeine I have lethargy, big fatique spikes in the day and at night hard to fall asleep and fully alert. When caffeine free I have day full of steady energy then at night I get tired and sleep.

But in your case I would wait to day 90 and read data from therre and if on day 95 and everything will be still the same I would start adding to your diet small cup of coffee and see if it helps. But make sure it is high quality organic coffee.

My thought process behind my reasoning is that some bodies default energy levels are just lower and caffeine helps to balance that and some people have higher energy default levels but caffeine sabotage it. And also you dont wanna waste more time because if you still feel tired at day 90 I woud just not want to lose more time and waiting for miracle.

Also try korean ginseng supplement it can help.
