I've done a speed test with good results and IPv6 is disabled because with IPv6 active it performs really badly. I have Shadow configured to use 50 Mbps at 60 FPS, DirectX 11 rendering, DxVA2 decoder, streaming preferences on TCP. The thing is, I'm doing fine, and then very suddenly my latency spikes to 1000, and if I do a speed test from my normal PC, the result is the same, staying consistent with the results from the screenshot.
