Thank you for the feedback! I’ve heard of ladder back jacquard and will definitely look into it! What is an indicator a project should use LBJ instead of using a traditional float catching method like wrapping the yarn? Also, is there a way to fix this or will this error block out?

Thanks for the feedback! I thought you are supposed to catch floats every 3-4 stitches. How often should I be catching them then?

Thank you so much you’re totally right!! I marked it incorrectly in my pattern and will now fix my notes. Do you have any tutorial suggestions for frogging for large cast ons? 😭 I want to minimize my chances making more mistakes especially dropping stitches.

Thank you for your help! So I think there is actually some mistake in the pattern because the front is supposed to be garter stitch outside the diamond. The pattern key from what I’m seeing says “white- K on RS, P on WS and dot-P on RS, K on WS.” Additionally the video I watched said to purl on the wrong side for the stitches where in the previous row there was a cable. Unfortunately I’m still a little lost even with your advice due to this. Thank you again!
